bape x heineken 100 nyc pop-up
Heineken® partnered with iconic Japanese streetwear brand, A Bathing Ape (BAPE®) to produce an extremely limited capsule collection via the #Heineken100 program. On December 12, 2017, the green saturated collab
launched a New York City pop-up experience for one day only; allowing consumers to purchase the collection for the first time. To celebrate the debut, the day culminated with an invite-only dinner and gifting
suite - bringing together a mix of key NYC
influencers and press.
Hosted at East Village Japanese staple, Izakaya, #Heieneken100 and BAPE® reinvented the space into
camo-covered world. Day time consumers were met with product during one-on-one appointments at an authentic ‘take-out’ window. The converted interior space served dinner guests ice-cold Heineken and a selection of Japanese cuisine; complete with co-branded touches from chopstick sleeves to Oshibori Towels.
